The Mastery Program - Accelerator: 12-Month Installment Plan with Full Lifetime Access


Terms and Conditions: 


Overview:

Welcome to "The Mastery Program" by Milan Art LLC! By signing up for our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Payment Terms:

1.1 Installment Payments:

The total cost of "The Mastery Program - Accelerator" is $6000.00 USD. You agree to make twelve monthly installment payments of $500.00 USD each.

1.2 Payment Schedule:

The first installment is due at the start of the program, with subsequent payments due at the beginning of each month thereafter.

Late payments may result in suspended access to the content without additional penalties.

1.3 Payment Plan Details:

This payment plan allows students to begin their education immediately while spreading the cost of enrollment over 12 equal monthly payments. Unlike a subscription, you will continue to have access to the program even after your payments are complete. Once the first payment has been made, the payment plan cannot be cancelled for any reason after the first 30-days.

2. Access to Content:

2.1 Full Access upon Payment:

Upon receipt of full payment, you will gain immediate access to the entire "The Mastery Program," including all parts, resources, bonus content, and exclusive events.

2.2 Monthly Group Coaching:

As a participant in "The Mastery Program - Accelerator," you will have access to monthly group coaching sessions for a duration of 2 years.

2.3 Personal Mentoring:

You will receive 12 months of personal mentoring sessions as part of "The Mastery Program - Accelerator."

2.4 Lifetime Access:

Upon receipt of full payment, you will be granted lifetime access to the entire "The Mastery Program," including all parts, resources, bonus content, and exclusive events.

2.5 Termination of Access:

Failure to complete payment may result in the suspension or termination of access to "The Mastery Program."

3. Refunds and Cancellations:

3.1 Cancellation within 30 Days:

You may cancel "The Mastery Program" within 30 days of the initial payment and request a refund.

To initiate the cancellation process, notify us in writing within the 30-day period.

3.2 Refund Process:

Upon receipt of the cancellation request within 30 days, we will issue a refund for the total amount paid by you excluding any transaction fees charged by the card processor, within a reasonable timeframe.

3.3 No Refunds After 30 Days:

After the 30-day period, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.

4. Modifications:

4.1 Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these terms, and any changes will be communicated to you.

5. Intellectual Property:

5.1 Ownership:

All intellectual property rights to "The Mastery Program" remain with Milan Art LLC.

6. Miscellaneous:

6.1 Entire Agreement:

These terms constitute the entire understanding between you and Milan Art LLC.

6.2 Severability:

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

7. Group Coaching:

7.1 Group Coaching Access:

The group coaching prepaid option includes access to the Milan Art group coaching spaces and weekly group Zoom calls for 24 consecutive months.\

7.2 Service Usage:

It is your responsibility to utilize the group coaching service. If you choose not to, any unused time is forfeited. We do not issue credit, make-up time, or refunds for unused services.

8. Personal Mentoring:

8.1 Mentoring Access:

This plan includes 12 consecutive months of access to your personal mentor. Mentors use an app called Telegram for regular communication with mentees. Additionally, you will have one 30-minute Zoom call with your mentor each month. Your mentor will inform you of the sign-up process for these calls.

While we consider requests for specific mentors, if the requested mentor is unavailable, we will assign another mentor to you.

8.2 Contacting Your Mentor:

After your first payment for the Mastery Program Accelerator option, you will fill out a questionnaire regarding mentoring. Within 72 hours of submitting the form, you will receive an email with the name and contact information of your assigned mentor. Please contact your mentor immediately upon receiving this email.

8.3 Failure to Contact Assigned Mentor:

You must contact your mentor within 7 days of receiving the email assigning you a mentor. Failure to do so will result in a downgrade to the Essentials option. If your plan is downgraded, you can add personal mentoring through a separate subscription or bulk payment at any time.

8.4 Payments:

Payments for personal mentoring are combined with your Mastery Program payment. If the Accelerator plan is canceled or becomes delinquent, you will lose access to the Mastery Program, Group Coaching, and Personal Mentoring. To continue your subscription or update payment information after cancellation, please email info@milanart.com.

8.5 Cancellation:

Cancellations of personal mentoring for the Accelerator Plan are only processed through downgrading to the Essentials plan. Request downgrades by emailing info@milanart.com. Downgrades take effect starting the following billing cycle. We do not prorate days within a billing cycle.

8.6 Refunds:

Refunds are issued within the first 30 days from the time of the first payment, upon request via email to info@milanart.com. Access will be terminated immediately upon refund. No refunds are issued after 30 days from the initial payment.

8.7 Service Usage:

It is your responsibility to utilize the personal mentoring service. Unused time is forfeited, and no credits, make-up sessions, or refunds are provided for unused services.

8.8 All requests or questions regarding the Personal Mentoring Service should be emailed to info@milanart.com.

8.9 Inability to Contact Mentor:

If you experience any difficulty contacting your personal mentor, please email info@milanart.com for assistance.

8.10 Technical Issues:

For any technical issues preventing communication with your mentor or attending Zoom sessions, notify us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue. Email us at info@milanart.com.

8.11 Changes in Mentor Availability:

If your mentor becomes unavailable, our mentoring management team will assign you a new mentor and reach out to you. Please communicate any questions or concerns to the management team.

8.12 Communication Guidelines:

Mentors are available 6 days a week and typically respond within 24 hours. Mentors use Telegram for all communications with students. This app is available on both desktop and mobile devices, allowing you to send text, voice notes, videos, and pictures for feedback.

If you cannot use Telegram, please contact our support before signing up for personal mentoring.

Zoom is required for your monthly one-on-one live sessions with your mentor. Please download the app for ease of use.

8.13 One-on-One Zoom Sessions:

Zoom sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes. Please respect this time limit. You are required to schedule your Zoom sessions with your mentor and provide 24 hours advance notice for any changes. If you miss a session without notice, it is forfeited for the month. Zoom sessions are not recorded.

8.14 Mentor-Mentee Compatibility:

If you feel you’re not a good match with your mentor, contact us at your earliest convenience to discuss other mentor availability. You are limited to switching mentors once per year.

By signing up for "The Mastery Program," you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
